by Tyler Gerking

This Friday, January 30, three of our Insurance Practice Group members will be presenting Understanding The Current CGL Policy In California for Bridgeport Continuing Education at the Sheraton Universal Hotel in Los Angeles, California.  John Green, Erica Villanueva and I will canvass California law on various aspects of the CGL policy, including the insuring agreement, trigger of coverage, a number of standard conditions and exclusions, the duties to defend and indemnify, allocation issues, and additional insureds.  We gave this presentation in November 2008 in San Francisco, and it was well received.  The program in Los Angeles will run from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.  Attendees will receive MCLE credit.  For additional information on this seminar, please click hereIf you are interested in attending, you can sign-up by clicking here or calling Bridgeport at 818-783-7156.
